New
New Exciting Groups for Wellbeing or
Therapy
We offer one-to-one Arts Therapy sessions tailored to individual needs. Therapy can begin following an initial assessment and usually runs over a 12-week period. Our current therapeutic team includes qualified Art, Music, Drama, and Dance Movement Therapists, alongside creative wellbeing practitioners and trainers.
We also run Arts Therapy groups throughout the year. These groups are offered on a rolling programme and require an assessment before starting to ensure the group is the right fit for each individual. As these are therapeutic groups, they are not suitable for drop-in attendance. A start date will be provided following application and assessment.
In addition, we offer 12-week wellbeing and creative wellbeing groups that provide inclusive, supportive, and welcoming spaces for connection, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. These sessions are available on a drop-in basis where appropriate.
We aim to keep our services as accessible as possible. Costs for therapy and wellbeing support can be discussed during assessment, and reduced-cost or subsidised spaces may be available through a means-tested process depending on individual circumstances and funding availability.

This LGBTQ+ inclusive Dramatherapy group
Step into a creative, supportive space where your story matters. This LGBTQ+ inclusive dramatherapy group invites you to explore identity, self-expression, and personal growth through the rich landscapes of folklore, myth, and fairytale.
Using gentle, affirming therapeutic approaches, we’ll draw on storytelling, role play, and imagination to connect with different parts of ourselves—past, present, and possible. Myths and fairytales offer powerful mirrors: they help us reframe challenges, reclaim narratives, and envision new ways of being.
This is a space where all identities, experiences, and journeys are welcomed and respected. You don’t need any acting experience—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
