Our Social Enterprise Approach

ID Derby is a Community Interest Company (CIC). While we are not a charity, our purpose is firmly rooted in community benefit, with all activity focused on improving wellbeing, inclusion, and access to creative therapeutic support.

Operating as a CIC allows us to work with flexibility and responsiveness, delivering services in a sustainable way while meeting real community need. Any surplus generated is reinvested directly back into our services and development, ensuring continued impact rather than private profit.
