1
Dance / Movement Therapy
Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) is a form of expressive therapy that uses movement and dance to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration of individuals. It’s based on the idea that the body and mind are interconnected, and that movement can help express feelings, process experiences, and promote healing.

2
Art Therapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression—such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—as a way to help people explore their emotions, improve self-awareness, and promote mental well-being. Unlike traditional talking therapy, art therapy focuses on the creative process to support subconscious processing. In other words, it provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to express feelings that may be difficult to put into words.

3
Music Therapy
Music therapy is a clinical and evidence-based use of music to accomplish individualised goals within a therapeutic relationship by a registered professional who has completed an approved music therapy program. Music therapy uses music—such as listening, singing, playing instruments, or writing songs—as a tool to help people improve their mental, emotional, physical, or social well-being.

4
Drama Therapy
Drama Therapy is unique because it uses creative action—not just talking—to help people explore and express their feelings.
It’s especially helpful for people who find it hard to talk about their feelings, including children, trauma survivors, or those with communication difficulties.
Drama Therapy combines the healing power of theatre with the structure and goals of professional therapy—making it a powerful tool for personal growth, emotional healing, and self-discovery.
